Instructions, Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions:

The approved organization will promote the fundraising event at Mojo Asian Fusion Cafe. The proceeds for the event will be 10% of the pre-tax sales receipts for food and beverages only (excluding tips or any other transactional charges) from participants whom received advertisement through the said organization.
By submitting the application, The said organization understands that:

1. Fundraiser is only authorized after receiving confirmation from Mojo's Management.
2. Flyers/Advertisement must be distributed prior to the event.
3. Absolutely NO solicitation to customers and pedestrians within 500 ft.
4. It is the customers’ responsibility to enter your organization's name on the self ordering kiosk.
5. The raising organization is responsible to make sure payout info is correct.
6. Fail to comply with above rules will result in cancellation of the event.
7. Check will be made available after 2~3 weeks and can be picked up at our store location

Fundraising Instructions:

1. Where can the participants place a valid order for a fundraiser?
On our self-ordering kiosks, Snackpass App (available on IOS and Android), and through our take-out order function on our website (www.mojocafes.com)

2. How do participants record the sales receipt?
Participants will have to enter the raising organization's name in their order notes. Pre-defined abbreviations or initials are acceptable as well.

3. What are the payment method for payout?
We will pay the 10% fundraising proceed through Checks, Zelle, or Venmo.
