Terms & Conditions
Detailed terms for our fundraising program. Please read before submitting your application.
Mojo Asian Fusion Cafe will donate 10% of pre-tax food and beverage sales (excluding tips and other charges) to the approved organization, for qualifying orders placed on the day of the fundraiser by participants reached through the organization's own promotion.
By submitting this application, the organization agrees that:
1. The fundraiser is not confirmed until Mojo's Management approves the application.
2. Failure to comply with any program rules will result in immediate cancellation of the event.
3. The organization is solely responsible for its own promotion and for ensuring all payout information is accurate.
NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE MADE BY EITHER PARTY AS TO THE ANTICIPATED SUCCESS OF THIS EVENT.
